RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests will be considered for participants who are unable to attend the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund, a participant must submit a refund request in writing to Shaiqueensessentials@gmail.com at least 3 days before the scheduled webinar date.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued for participants who fail to attend the webinar without prior notice.
No refunds will be provided for participants who request a refund after the specified deadline.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
In the rare event that Shaiqueens cancels or reschedules a webinar, participants will be notified promptly.
Participants can choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, participants must send an email to shaiqueensessentials@gmail.com with the subject line "Webinar Refund Request."
The email should include the participant's name, webinar title, registration details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Refund Amount:
Refunds will be processed for the full registration fee paid by the participant.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
